Pat Falvey is an Irish high-altitude mountaineer, expedition leader, polar explorer, entrepreneur, author, corporate/personal trainer/coach, and motivational speaker. He was the first person to complete the Seven Summits (Bass) twice, with the summiting of Mount Everest reached from both the Tibetan (1996) and Nepalese sides (2004).[1] He was expedition leader of the team that saw Clare O'Leary become the first Irish woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest (2004). Evelina is a digital marketer, travel content creator and adventurer. She recently spent a year and a half working as a teacher and travelling in South East Asia and is now back in Ireland for some summer adventures. While in Asia, she set up her own digital marketing business and became a digital nomad. She is taking over the Nomad Eire social media for the week and will be chatting to attendees about their experiences. Evelina creates content for her personal travel brand Ev’s Adventures (@evs_adventures on IG and TikTok) and she loves being in the mountains, exploring the outdoors and going on road trips. She holds a master's degree in Hospitality Management from Technological University Dublin. She has been working in hospitality for many years. Since she's always had a passion for both the preservation of the environment and hospitality, she's invested in her entrepreneurial career and completed a "Start your own Business" course with LEO and a course in Sustainability.
Veronica decided to fuse her passion and experience together and founded "veronica_ecohoslitalityie" - coaching platform that assists hotels and restaurant owners to generate profit with sustainability.
Her key belief is that hotels and restaurants can make profit while adopting a zero-waste attitude! ♻️
She offers one to one consultations for a customizable sustainability plan for businesses but also conducts online workshops and masterclasses. She has also been helping individuals to follow a more sustainable lifestyle.
Veronica is a part of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance and is currently working on a Start-up which aims to host an Eco-Resort in Kerry, which will offer a fully sustainable accommodation experience.
